Pre-Owned Device Warranty

Every pre-owned device comes with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects. If something goes wrong with the device itself under normal use within 90 days, bring it back and we'll make it right.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from unauthorized repairs after purchase.

Are the phones unlocked?

Most of our pre-owned devices are unlocked and compatible with major carriers. We'll confirm compatibility before you buy.

Can I trade in my old phone?

Stop in and we'll take a look. We evaluate devices on a case-by-case basis.

Do you activate phones in the store?

Yes. We carry several prepaid phone plans and can activate your new device the same day.

What if the phone I want isn't in stock?
